 Refunds

As a small business committed to supporting traditional craftsmanship, we’re unable to offer refunds except in the case of a damaged product.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. Once verified, we’ll be happy to arrange a refund for you.

Due to the handcrafted and limited nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an incorrect or damaged item has been sent.
